One FamilySearch.org source has b. 9 Nov 1795 in Northfield Station, Osnabruck Center, Osnabruck Twp, Stormont [Lunenburg], Ontario, Canada, which would make him 92 when he died. The 72 in the transcribed obituary (freepages) could be a typo.
