(2) Gwenllian, daughter of Iorwerth ap David; ROBERT, his eldest son by this marriage, was the ancestor of the family of Griffith of Plasnewydd, Anglesey, and Llanfairis-gaer, Caerns.; EDMUND, the second son, founded the estate of Carreg-lwyd, Anglesey . Gwenllian married Sir William Griffith of Penrhyn, Chamberlain of North Wales, son of Gwilym ap Gruffydd Lord of Penrhyn and Jonet Stanley of Hooton, about 1483. (Sir William Griffith of Penrhyn, Chamberlain of North Wales was born about 1420 in Penrhyn Castle, Llandegai, (Bangor), Caernarfonshire, (Gwynedd), Wales and died in 1483 in Austria-Hungary.)
