  Research Notes:

There may have been 3 men named James Plemons, all born around the same time and place but with different parents, who were related to each other. It is confusing at this point, and not well documented or sufficiently researched as yet. I believe that the James who was married to Rachel was the son of Thomas Plemons.

May have been born in 1792.


James married Rachel in 1813 in Buncomb, North Carolina, United States. (Rachel was born in 1794 in South Carolina, United States and died in 1858 in Gordon, Georgia, United States.)
