Guillaume married Lesceline de Harcourt, daughter of Turchetil de Harcourt Seigneur de Turqueville and Anceline de Montfort-sur-Risle. (Lesceline de Harcourt died on 26 Jan 1057 in Normandy, France and was buried in Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives Abbey, Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives, (Calvados), Normandy, France.)
