Charlotte married Thomas George Lyon-Bowes Lord Glamis, son of Thomas Lyon-Bowes 11th Earl of Strathmore and Kinghorne and Mary Elizabeth Louisa Rodney Carpenter. (Thomas George Lyon-Bowes Lord Glamis was born on 6 Feb 1801 and died on 27 Jan 1834.)
